Things you MUST know when using our warehouse.

 

1. Once you make a purchase, please forward the invoice/proof of purchase to invoice.parcel@gmail.com or send us via the link provided in the confirmation text/email you receive that your package arrived at our warehouse in order for a smooth transition through customs. 

2. Ensure when you ship a package, the warehouse address includes Suite #1 or C/O YaadParcel Courier (this is to ensure the package arrives at our warehouse. 

3. Packages without invoices may be detained by customs in Jamaica. So please make every effort to submit invoices once you make a purchase or when you receive the notification your package was received.

4. Tracking numbers are also important to provide us with, once your seller forwards them to you.

• We NOW clear Twice per week, on Mondays or Thursdays (days may change based on season and or delays). Packages can be picked up the following day.

Knutsford Express Pickup - All Parishes with the (KE) Extension.

For this option, there will be an additional cost Of $750 for up to 10lbs no matter the number of packages. $45 for each additional LB. (Please note you only have three days to pick up the package before accumulation storage)

 

How to receive packages via Knutsford.

1. Once your packages arrive at our main office (Kingston), you will receive a notification with the total amount for the packages.

2. You can then request for packages to be sent via Knutsford Express. You have the option to hold packages for up to three weeks to facilitate having multiple shipments sent at once. When you confirm to send we prepare your invoice with the Knutsford Express fee.

3. Once payments are confirmed, we will send off the packages. Payments via Bank deposits/Transfers, Via credit cards/Paypal.

4. Simply pick up the package at the Knutsford Express location selected.

Duties & Taxes

• Invoices US $50 and over are subject to customs duties and taxes. Duties and charges vary per item.

• Personal items attract 16.5% G.C.T.

• Commercial/Business items attract 21.5% G.C.T

• Customs Administrative fees are also charged by Customs Jamaica to process your entry. * Personal $3500 * Companies $5000. (This happens only when your invoice is more than $50US.)
